Klaar met de finishing touch: de kookaburra is gevernist en gefotografeerd!
En ik moet toegeven, ik ben best een beetje verliefd op mijn kookaburra.
Telkens als ik nu langs het schilderij loop, lacht het me toe. De kookaburra heet dan ook niet voor niets de 'lachvogel'.

Every time I look at the painting, it smiles at me. But maybe that's why the kookaburra is called the 'laughing bird'. ;-)
